An Unparalleled Depth Of Knowledge Across The Breadth Of Our Practice

In 1996, Jeffrey L. Driscoll, Esq. founded what would become Driscoll & Driscoll, P.C. by merging his interests and expertise in affordable housing with the law.  Having served as the Executive Director of the Barnstable Housing Authority and Taunton Housing Authority, no other firm could offer such an “insider’s” perspective on the legal challenges facing public housing authorities.  Throughout the years, as a steady influx of housing authority clients followed, the firm’s practice areas and personnel continued to grow.  The firm took a considerable leap forward when current Managing Partner Jonathan L. Driscoll, Esq. joined the practice in 2012.  In 2017, the practice moved from Somerset, Mass. to Boston, Mass. for a more centralized location that would better serve our clients across the Commonwealth.

For over twenty-five years, Driscoll & Driscoll, P.C., has offered comprehensive legal law representation in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
